libreFS is a community maintained, full featured S3 compatible object storage
server forked from MinIO at RELEASE.2025-04-22T22-12-26Z, the last release
before the embedded web console, LDAP and OIDC login and distributed mode were
moved into a proprietary product.

It keeps the full embedded web console, external identity provider support,
distributed erasure coding across multiple nodes and compatibility with
existing MinIO client tooling such as mc.
